Follow the procedures below to steam the sugar build-up of the kettle every 3-4 batches during regular operation and before the machine is turned off for the day.The kettle must also be steamed out after making single batches, if the machine is turned off between batches.
TOTAL CLEANING TIME: Approximately 20 Minutes
After all product has been removed, and the kettle has cooled
for 15-20 minutes, carefully pour 24oz of warm water into the kettle.
Place the lid on the kettle and turn the Heat/Motor switch ON.
When the water starts to boil, turn the Heat/Motor switch OFF
and allow the kettle to cool.
Once the kettle has cooled, pour out the water into a pan or
CAUTION! WATER MAY BE HOT.
Once the water has been removed, wipe out any access sugar
build-up from the kettle using a damp rag.
