Perfect for 4th of July and other summer celebrations, this tasty combination of cherry, white citrus, and blue raspberry is sure to delight your customers.
Use with 3 bowl machine
Ingredients
6 cups sugar (divided)
Directions
Fill a one-gallon jug half full with warm water
Add 2 cups sugar
Shake to dissolve
Add 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Cherry Sno-Kone Concentrate #1034
Fill jug to the top with water
Add to Frusheez® machine and freeze
Fill another one-gallon jug half full with warm water
Add 2 cups sugar
Shake to dissolve
Add 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Blue Raspberry Sno-Kone Concentrate #1035
Fill jug to the top with water
Add to Frusheez® machine and freeze
Fill another one-gallon jug half full with warm water
Add 2 cups White Citrus Passion Flossugar #3715

To Serve:
Garnish rim of glass with Cherry Berry Flossugar #3207, White Citrus Passion Flossugar #3715, and Blue Raspberry Flossugar #3201 if desired
Fill serving glass 1/3 fill with blue raspberry slush, then fill another 1/3 full with white citrus slush, then fill to top with cherry slush being careful to preserve the layering effect
"Tequila" Sunrise Mocktail - Orange and Cherry Slush
Make this tasty mocktail in your Frusheez® machine or simply pour over ice. The recipe is easy with Gold Medal concession products.
Ingredients
4 cup sugar (divided)
Directions
Fill a one-gallon jug half full with warm water
Add 2 cup sugar
Shake to dissolve
Add 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Cherry Sno-Kone Concentrate #1031
Fill jug to the top with water
Add to Frusheez® machine and freeze
Fill another one-gallon jug half full with warm water
Add 2 cup sugar
Shake to dissolve
Add 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Orange Sno-Kone Concentrate #1033
Fill jug to the top with water (for adults substitute a portion of the water for Tequila)
Do not freeze
Fill serving glass 1/3 full with cherry slush then carefully add orange mixture on top, being careful to preserve the layering effect
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry if desired
