The Karmel Klean Hood System is a recirculating hood system designed to work with the 240/2411 Mark 10 with Short Bse 2436-001 and Height Adjustable Karmel Kool Table 2169-00-100

This movable hood system gives the operators more flexibility in layout than a fixed system.  Cut down on constant cleaning with a system that prevents caramel build up on walls, ceilings, lights, etc.
