Opening Checklist

The  new season is about to begin.  Are you ready?  After being closed for a long time, there are things that need to be done.

  • Prepping your concession stands, snack bars, theaters, etc
  • Stocking supplies
  • Hiring/recruiting staff
Here are a few tips to Help you get started and opening up

Equipment Prep

Check your numbers from last season.

When testing your equipment always do a few batches. You want to make sure that your equipment is in working order when you open. You do not want to loss potential sales

Check to make sure the equipment you have is the right size & capacity - example - Can you keep up with the demand or Do you need new equipment.

Stock up

Not only is equipment important. Supplies are also. Make sure to check dates on what you have, since being closed for the season things maybe out dated.

Consider your sales potential when placing orders. This will insure you have enough supplies to meet your needs

Make sure you have signs to advertise new and old products. Signs help sell

Remember to order all your paper goods- (plates, bowls, napkins, silverware). Cleaning supplies (degreaser, glass cleaner, all purpose and sanitizer) We carry them all. click here

Keep spare parts that go from normal ware and tare on hand so you are never down and loss sales
