Chocolate Chili Popcorn
Ingredients
• 5 gallons Monster Mushroom
Popcorn®, popped
• 1 bag #
2693 Chocolate
Silky Corn Treat Mix
• 4oz. white coconut oil
• 10oz. water
• 4 cups sugar (white, brown, or mixture)
• 1/2 cup #2380 Churro Signature Shakes
• 1 Tbsp #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol®
• 1 bottle of Free-N-Easy #

Directions:
• Add #2693, water, oil, and sugar to the cooker mixer.
• Turn on heat/motor switch.
• Mix and cook to 250°F.
• Add Churro Signature Shakes and Ghost Pepper Flavacol®.
• Continue cooking/mixing to 275°F.
• Add 5 gallons of popped corn and mix well,
spraying with Free-N-Easy while it mixes.
• Dump and separate with scoops.
